The Nutritious Ofada Rice in Nigeria Aims to Attract African Market

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has implored ofada rice farmers and suppliers to improve the quality of their production and packaging to make the product attractive to Africans. Ofada rice is very rich in magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. Currently, the price for a kilogram of Ofada rice in major local super and hypermarkets retails is USD 4.21.
