The price of rice begins to decline slowly in Brazil

Although now it's the beginning of the harvest season, polished rice prices fell by just US$ 50/ton and are currently traded at around US$ 650/ton FOB, up 30% over the same period last year. A more pronounced drop in prices is expected in the second half of April, during the peak of the harvest.
