There is decrease in production of value added yams due to lock-down in the Philippines

There is a struggle in creating yam jams due to a lack of manpower and machinery because of the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a decrease in production is about 35%. This is not applicable to all suppliers in the country, but specifically in Cebu City where there is a severe lockdown. The government has strictly implemented regulations that hinder businesses to operate like before.
