Turkish Honey Exports Were Worth USD 13.47M From January to April 2023

During January-April 2023, Turkey exported 4,142MT of honey worth USD 13.47M to 40 countries, autonomous regions, and free zones. The US, Germany, and Israel were the top three countries with the highest external sales during this period. Honey exports to the US were worth USD 5.26M, USD 2.11M worth went to Germany, and USD 1.8M to Israel. In addition, producers especially export high-quality honey to countries in the Arabian Gulf, where quality is prioritised over price. These producers are accelerating their efforts to expand into more markets.
