Turkish fig exporters are using air freight in this season

Black fig exports of Turkey have been increasing rapidly in recent years and the exporters have also started to use airfreight despite increased costs to broaden their geographical reach. Last season 1.1 million USD worth of black figs were exported via airfreight and this figure is expected to increase more this season.
