According to one of the buyers, the Ukrainian customs service has strengthened control over the customs clearance of dried fruits and nuts. In particular, the customs value of goods is being actively checked. Based on its results, the service can make decisions on its increase, and this, in turn, leads to unforeseen costs associated with customs clearance. At the moment, for this reason, the customs clearance of several dozen containers with such products is delayed.
