In Washington State, the harvest of apples was completed during W3, only achieving 50% of the projected volume. Apple inventories are low, and most available products have gone to contracts or food processors. Overall, supplies are limited, and prices remain high even for cross-border trade with British Columbia, Canada, with around a 10-12% price increase YoY. The Granny and Fuji apples supply will be low until the start of the harvest season in September.
