Water shortage for farmed fish in Taiwan

Taiwan faces the most serious drought in 56 years. Water limitation has been implemented in many regions including for agriculture goods. The local farmers that farm fish, such as tilapia and milkfish, can't fill the pond with fresh water. The current ponds are higher in impurities and with a high level of seawater.
