Positive outlook for Turkey beans, wheat, and lentils

Turkey has increased its production output in certain strategically important grains, pulses, and legumes in 2020.
Wheat production output has exceeded in 2020 by almost 8% compared to 2019 and reached 20.5 million tons.
Common bean production reached 280 K MT, as for chickpea production output Turkey has reached 630 K MT which made the country net exporter of the product.
Red lentil production output has also increased significantly by 24% compared to 2019 and reached 328 K MT while the green lentil production output has slightly decreased by 3% and dropped to 42 K MT.
