Wholesale prices for local onions hit the minimum level in Russia

Russian farmers complain that onion prices on the domestic market have fallen below the expected minimum. The minimum selling price of onions from the manufacturer is now 10-11 rub/kg (0.13-0.15 $/kg), the average price is 14-15 rub/kg (0.19-0.20 $/kg), and the maximum limit, that the Russian producer may get for the best quality onion that supplied for food retailers is 17 rub/kg (0.22 $/kg).
