In W9, the wholesale price of Egyptian Tango mandarins in the Brazilian market stood at USD 17.30-18.26 (BRL 90-95/10kg) for class 1. Prices have been stable throughout the Egyptian mandarin season. Spanish Murcott mandarins class 1, were sold at the same price in an 8kg box presentation. Murcotts have a higher wholesale price but a higher acceptance in the Brazilian market.
