Week of many movements that of the session of May 16 of the Salamanca Market with increases of up to seven euros in cereals, decreases in a large part of the categories of beef, a slight rebound in both Iberian and suckling lamb while they go down the piglets. Corn earns seven euros at the cereal table until it is priced at 368 euros per ton, while the rest of the crops earn five euros, which places wheat at 370 euros, barley at 360, rye goes on to trade at 354 and oats at €351/T. The straw follows at 53. Suckling lambs rose slightly, with an increase in the price of 0.05 euros, as happened the previous week, which places animals weighing less than 11 kilos at 5.10 euros, while those weighing 11/13 continue to 4.75 euros per kilo.
