The sales of bottled oils by the ANIERAC companies in the month of August were 53.99 million liters, practically the same figure as in August 2021. In the breakdown by category, olive oils as a whole reach 25 .80 million liters, olive pomace oil 1.31 million liters and refined seed oils 26.88 million liters. During this month, 25.80 million liters of the olive oil category have been put on the market, 3 million liters more than in August 2021. In the detail of the different categories of olive oil, the highest sales figure was presents the "extra virgin" with 11.83 million liters, followed by the "soft" with 8.41 million liters. The “virgin” and “intense” categories reach much lower figures with 2.19 and 3.36 million liters respectively, amounts very similar to those of the same month last year. Total sales of olive oil in these first eight months of 2022 amount to 206.14 million liters, a figure very similar to the accumulated figure for 2021, which is divided as follows: 85.36 ...
