A second polar air reinforcement is expected to arrive over the weekend, which will likely leave atypical snowfall in wide areas of La Pampa, again over the southern Buenos Aires mountain ranges, and much of Cuyo, including the cities of Mendoza and San Juan. Meteorologist Christian Garavaglia from Meteored tells us how the weather will be during the weekend. This situation will begin on Saturday in Neuquén and southern Mendoza, where snow accumulations of 5 to 20 cm could occur during the day. During Sunday, the snow trail will extend to the rest of the region, likely painting white the southern mountain ranges of Buenos Aires and Córdoba, and also reaching low-lying areas of La Pampa, San Luis, Mendoza and San Juan.
