According to the Observatory of Prices and Agricultural Costs of the Northwest Zone of the Colombian Caribbean (OPCA), in November the average nominal price per kilo was reduced in all categories, except that of cattle for slaughter. One month after the end of the year 2021, the OPCA revealed the behavior of the main indicators of the trade of live cattle in markets organized through virtual auctions in the departments of Córdoba and Sucre, which presented a new fall: the index of price to the producer and marketer decreased in male and female of lift, pre-fattening and belly; increased the male and female for sacrifice; the nominal price fell except the slaughter price; the amount traded continued to decline.
