W33: Oats Update

In W33 in the oats landscape, the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) latest forecast predicts a 17.6% decrease in the global oats harvest for the 2023/24 season, estimating it at 21.03 million metric tons (mmt). In Kazakhstan, grain stocks stand at 5.94 mmt as of August 1, with 60.4 thousand metric tons (mt) being oats. In Ingushetia, Russia, over 90% of grain crops, including oats from 4,135 thousand hectares (ha) of land, have been harvested. Lastly, the Skarżysko district saw the highest oats harvest (72%) in the Końskie County in Poland.
