Tasting notes: gelatinous, dark red/brown in color. Upon opening, you can immediately smell the scent of lemon, then the scent of sweet tomato and a light vanilla fragrance stand out. Delicate tomato flavor with a scented note of lemon and vanilla;
Pairings: goes well with mature cheeses; can also be served as a mustard, paired with red and white meats, boiled, roasted or grilled;
Production techniques: high-quality artisanal product, obtained from freshly picked or preserved tomatoes. After being selected and carefully washed, the tomatoes are cooked with cane sugar, until a gelatinous mixture is obtained. The resulting product is blended, completing the cooking with lemon zest and vanilla. The jam is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat, in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in the event of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertight seal of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
