Pairings: it goes very well with both sweet and savory dishes, with strong cheeses, with white meats or for the preparation and filling of desserts;
Production techniques: high quality artisanal product, obtained from freshly harvested quinces. After being cut into pieces, they are moistened with lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a low heat. The pulp is blended. The jam is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
