Luisa Pantaleo, Organic Artichoke White Sauce;
Net weight 295g; gross weight 500g;
Tasting notes: light gray color and green reflections, with pieces of artichoke and chopped parsley inside. When opened, you can smell the fresh artichoke. The consistency is creamy, with coarser pieces. The flavor of the artichoke stands out predominantly;
Pairings: the best use of the basil sauce is as a pasta sauce (both dry and fresh). The contents of the package are useful for seasoning 2/3 portions (about 250 g of pasta).
Empty and heat all the contents of the package in a pan, waiting for the pasta to cook. Once the pasta is cooked, combine everything and sauté together for 1-2 minutes. If desired, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley. It can be used as an ingredient for cooking stewed meat or fish;
Production techniques: after being washed and cleaned, the artichokes are placed in water and lemon to prevent blackening. They are cut and added to the onion soffritto. Three-quarters of the way through cooking, part of the sauce is blended to give it a creamier consistency. The product is jarred and pasteurized to preserve the organoleptic aspects and to be able to store it even at room temperature for several months;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packaging in the event of tipping. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertight seal of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
