Founded in 2009, we have been dedicated to producing premium sun-dried salt for 16 years. Our brand 'LO' embodies three core principles: Law, which stands for safe salt that has undergone a thorough and clean supply process; Raw, which signifies natural, unprocessed salt; and Low, which refers to salt with reduced sodium chloride content. These principles guide our commitment to both taste and health, as we exclusively produce premium food products.
We specialize in producing five-year-aged sun-dried salt from UNESCO-designated clean waters. Our signature item, the five-year-aged premium sun-dried salt 'Lo,' is uniquely processed using our patented technology. This process enhances the natural flavors of the raw material while reducing sodium content by half and significantly increasing mineral levels, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
In addition to our premium salt, we also produce flavored salts with the finest Italian truffles and local Korean specialties, as well as products like Sprinkle Sprinkle KIMCHI, crab marinating sauce, and seafood broth powder. We hold various certifications, including FDA, FSSC22000, Kosher, HALAL, and EAC.

Our sun-dried salt is harvested from the pristine tidal flats off the coast of Sinan, Jeollanam-do, which benefit from ample sunlight and consistent sea breezes. This ideal natural environment contributes to the high mineral content of our salt, including calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Compared to salts from France, Mexico, and China, our Korean sun-dried salt boasts higher levels of these essential minerals and is recognized for its superior quality, with sodium content lower and mineral levels 3 to 4 times higher than France's renowned Guérande salt.

Five-Year-Aged Premium Salt
We produce our five-year-aged premium sun-dried salt using a unique drying system that maintains a moisture content of 5-6%. This process involves only two rounds of impurity removal without artificial dehydration, washing, or bleaching, ensuring that the natural minerals of the salt are preserved. Our commitment to taste and health reflects our philosophy of creating only the most meticulous and healthful products.

Exclusively Local Ingredients
We use only carefully selected local ingredients in our products, including Jeju tangerines, Nonsan strawberries, Gochang wild blackberries, and Yeonpyeong Island blue crab. For truffles, we source the finest ingredients from trusted Italian suppliers.
