Our brand 'LO' embodies three core principles: Law, which stands for safe salt that has undergone a thorough and clean supply process; Raw, which signifies natural, unprocessed salt; and Low, which refers to salt with reduced sodium chloride content. These principles guide our commitment to both taste and health, as we exclusively produce premium food products.
We specialize in producing five-year-aged sun-dried salt from UNESCO-designated clean waters. Our signature item, the five-year-aged premium sun-dried salt 'Lo,' is uniquely processed using our patented technology. This process enhances the natural flavors of the raw material while reducing sodium content by half and significantly increasing mineral levels, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
In addition to our premium salt, we also produce flavored salts with the finest Italian truffles and local Korean specialties, as well as products like Sprinkle Sprinkle KIMCHI, crab marinating sauce, and seafood broth powder. We hold various certifications, including FDA, FSSC22000, Kosher, HALAL, and EAC.
