This page provides answers to frequently asked questions about using features to find suppliers and find buyers.

Q. How many RFQs can I create for free?

A. Basic plan users can create up to 10 RFQs for free. To create more RFQs, you have to upgrade your plan. To get more information, contact us.

Q. Where can I see the RFQs that I created and whether or not I received any quotes from suppliers?

A. You may view the list of RFQs your created and manage any quotes from suppliers on the RFQs page of the Company Workspace.

Q. What happens when my RFQ is closed?

A. RFQs are only valid for 30 days. Once RFQs expire, all supplier information will be revealed even if you didn’t have the chance to select and reveal supplier information.

Q. Can I edit my premium supplier profile after it has been published?

A. Yes, you can edit your detailed information while your premium supplier profile is published.

Q. What happens when I unpublish my premium profile after it has been published?

A. If you unpublish your premium profile, your profile and products would not be searched.

Q. I encountered a technical error during a video call. How can I troubleshoot video call errors?

A. If you encounter a technical error during a video call please try to refresh the meeting page first as it might be due to an internet connection issue. If the meeting page still shows an error, please report the error through contact support.
