A. You can unsubscribe all email notifications by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. You can also choose types of email notifications that you would like to receive from Tridge by clicking manage preference at the bottom of the email. A. To reset password, click Sign in button at the top of the home page. Click Forget your password? button, then you will be requested to enter your email account. Enter the email address that you would like to reset the password and click Send instruction button. You will get the mail containing the instruction to reset your password.

A. The check mark signifies that the company is verified.
A. You can delete or edit your post by clicking on the View More icon on the right side of your post. Click Edit or Delete to perform either action.
A. Views are counted based on how many times a post or content is seen. If a user views the post or content multiple times, this will count as multiple views. As far as posts are concerned, actions such as scrolling through the feed or browsing through search results will also be counted as views.
A. You can personalize your feed by following products or following other users. Visit the Following products page to add your following products. To follow other users, click Follow on their user card.
A. You may report disturbing contents on the feed by clicking the View More icon on the right side of the post. Click Report and select the reason why you want to report the post’s contents. Leave a remark for any more details you want to deliver to the Tridge team. Click Submit and our team will review the contents and take the appropriate actions.
A. Tridge is not legally responsible for resolving disputes between companies. However, if it is confirmed that a user has caused significant damage to the other due to their own fault, Tridge may take measures such as removing or hiding the user’s company profile or product information at the request of the affected party. In cases of serious violations or repeated harmful conduct, Tridge may permanently suspend the user account and restrict re-registration by the same business entity or representative.
