Only three containers of Australian crimson grapes were opened for sale in the Guangzhou wholesale market on March 20, 2023. The sales performance was poor due to the high selling rates of USD 55.18-58.08/9.5kg (RMB 380–400/9.5kg). The customer was unwilling to pay such a large amount for poor quality fruits, lacking firmness in the skin with a sour taste.
