On the Dutch market for imported tomatoes, Spanish products are increasingly losing ground against Morocco. Indeed, consumers now have more confidence in Moroccan tomatoes, because of their quality.

There are fewer and fewer Spanish tomatoes every year. Tomatoes are a budget item. To follow the price levels, many people turn to the Moroccan product.
