Some Moroccan exporters import mangoes from Mali to optimise cost of transport

Moroccan exporters of fruit and vegetables to Mali use trucks to deliver shipments as this takes only four days from Morocco. To avoid the trucks coming back empty to Morocco, some exporters prefer to import full truck of mangoes so they can optimize the cost of transport.
