The New York state bridging trading efficiency between Ecuador and Canada

More than 90% of Ecuador's bananas and 100% of its plantains destined to Canada are not shipped directly into the country. To obtain the greatest logistic efficiency, these Ecuadorian food products are being unloaded in the port of New York-USA, and afterward transported via truck and rail to the main Canadian distribution centers.
