The volume of bluefish (Sardines: Sardina pilchardus) in Italy is declining due to recent bad weather, which has hindered fishing activities in W21. This reduction in supply has led to a 10% week-on-week (WoW) price increase compared to W20 in the Rome market. Prices for W21 have risen to a range of USD 2.18/kg to 2.39/kg, whereas prices for W20 ranged from USD 1.79 to 2.18/kg.
