Oat Price Drops in Australia Due to Increased Production

The wholesale price of rolled oats in Australia fell to 2.53 USD/KG in W1 January 2022. The decline in prices was due to an increase in last year's oats yield which was estimated to be over 22.1M mt oats for the 2021/22 season. With good quantity, quality, and price of oats, Australia may increase its exports in 2022.
