The wholesale price of Thai and Pakistani rice decreased by -37.37% YoY. and 16.5% YoY respectively. On the other hand, the production of rice in Thailand and Pakistani increased by 11% and 13.6% respectively in 2021. Unfortunately, shipment challenges put pressure on the prices of rice in Thailand and Pakistan.
