REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Indonesia's success in achieving rice self-sufficiency has been appreciated by the House of Representatives (DPR RI). Member of Commission IV from the Gerindra Faction, Endang S. Tohari, considers this achievement as a major accomplishment indicating that the national agricultural sector is on the path of strengthening towards sustainable food security.
