Sunflower Seed Prices in Ukraine and China displays Opposing Trends in Nov 2021

The wholesale price of Ukrainian sunflower seed rose by +13.08% YoY. On contrary, Chinese sunflower seed's wholesale price fell by -9.84% YoY in W5 Nov 2021. High demand of EU countries of Ukrainian sunflower seed due to its high-quality products as Ukraine also increased their production in 2021. Meanwhile, Chinese sunflower seed had less supply then decreased its import to the leading importers. As a result, the Chinese sunflower seed prices fell.
