Russia (USD 48.96 million, +21.15% YoY) and Afghanistan (USD 35.83 million, -3.69% YoY) emerged as the most prominent buyers of Pakistani mandarin, sparking the country's export value fluctuation as they rushed to secure their supply volumes.
