Wheat prices in the Turkish market maintains stable level in 2021

Turkey was mostly dependent on major suppliers to fulfill its domestic demand for wheat. While at the same time actively exporting to another country. Most of Turkey's wheat re-exports came from Russia (1.3B USD), Ukraine (233.48M USD), and Latvia (59.63M USD). There is no significant difference because of the price gap that occurs in both soft wheat and durum wheat in the range of 2 percent. What distinguishes one another is the price gap on soft wheat is decreasing by 1.48% while the durum wheat prices is increased around 1.17%.
