Volatile prices of Potato markets in France, the US and Russia

The price fluctuation of potatoes can be seen in Russia and the US while the price in France market tends to increase gradually but experienced a decline in May 2021. The price for Russet potatoes in the US market even dropped by -30.95% from last year.
