Llabustes Riesling

ELABORATION

Manual harvesting at the beginning of September. Fermentation in 300 liter oak barrels for 40 days with a subsequent 20-day baton.

TASTING NOTES

Greenish yellow colour – straw. Aromas of white flowers, white, tropical fruits and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is full body, full, fruity and fruity. In the retro-nasal track, the whole thing is appreciated, leaving a sensation of fruit.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

We advise serving it between 8-10 °C.

Llabustes Chardonnay

ELABORATION
Manual harvesting at the end of August, with a short maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for twenty days.

TASTING NOTES
Pale straw color. Clean and intense aromas of yellow and white flowers and fruits (pineapple, apple, pear, banana …). In the mouth, dry and moderate acidity with integrated alcohol and body. Flavor of citrus fruits with white and exotic fruits and light almond soup.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
We recommend serving it between 10-12 º C.
