Soya Lecithin Powder which is made out of Soya Lecithin Liquid & is a Light brown colored fine powder with a fragrance. It consists all natural phosphetides in their original relative proportions and soybean oil. Lecithin is a naturally occurring group of phospholipids found in nearly every living cell.

Soya Lecithin is brownish to light coloured viscous liquid which is obtained while refining of soya oil at water degumming stage. The Lecithin is a mixture of 3 types of phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphotidylinositol. It has emulsifying properties. Lecithin has a wide application like emulsifier, stabilizer, softener, wetting agent, Dispersing agent, Blending Aid, shelf life extender, health supplement in food and confectionary industries.
