Our 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for two years in French oak barrels and has been aging to perfection in our cellar since its release in 2015. There's an exceptional balance of ripeness, not overdone or underdone, enhanced by moderate acidity, and even development on the palate. Aromas of ripe raspberry and toffee on the nose combined with soft oak spice and tobacco on the finish.

As this wine has aged, the earthy, tertiary flavors have become more pronounced. In addition to the fruit, this wine expresses notes of mushroom and forest floor. This wine is in its prime and is ready to drink now.

The Oak Knoll district, located in the southern end of Napa Valley, experiences a longer growing season due to the cooling effect of the San Pablo Bay. These cool nights and slow warming days help create the perfect environment for growing Merlot, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and create complex, well-balanced wines. Our 2018 Merlot is bright with notes of plum, cherry, and baking spices with balanced tannins. Pair this wine with triple cream brie, grilled portabella mushrooms, or Ragù alla Bolognese. For a fruit-forward wine with bright acidity, enjoy now, or age up to 10 years for a softer, earthier wine.
