Mangoes are sweet, although the taste and texture of the flesh varies across cultivars, some having soft, pulpy texture similar to an overripe, while others firmer like cantaloupe or avocado and some may have a fibrous texture. In South Asia it is called the King of fruits due to its flavor. Mango is great source of Vitamin A and C.
