Tasting notes: all the ingredients can be identified from the jar. You can see the onion cut into strips and the green pieces of oregano, all wrapped in the golden color of the oil. When you open it, you immediately smell the oil, only when you taste it you can savor a flavor that almost seems like sauerkraut, but instead it is onion. Innovative and pleasant taste of onions with oregano, in the right balance;
Pairings: onions in oil can be eaten as a quick appetizer during the summer, but become the absolute protagonists on toasted or roasted bread in the winter, on bruschetta; they can also accompany excellent meat second courses or put in a hot dog and hamburger;
Production techniques: high-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked onions. After being carefully washed and cleaned, the onions are blanched in water, vinegar and salt. They are squeezed, put into jars, seasoned with oregano and covered with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of tipping. If the package is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
