These rice cakes are made in the style of traditional Jeju songpyeon (half-moon-shaped rice cakes), featuring rounded shapes with traditional patterns. They contain Jeju-grown black soybeans (seoritae), pumpkin, and hijiki seaweed. The natural flavors and aromas of the Jeju ingredients are preserved, making for a nutritious and delicious treat. No chemical additives are used. Especially notable is the hijiki songpyeon, made using patented technology that retains the seaweed’s nutritional value while eliminating any fishy taste.
