Tasting notes: all the ingredients can be identified from the jar. In fact, you can see the thin fillets of garlic placed in the jar and the pieces of artichokes cut into wedges, all wrapped in the golden color of extra virgin olive oil. Upon opening, you immediately smell the scent of oil and garlic, only upon tasting can you savor the enveloping flavor of the artichoke that is crunchy and calloused. Traditional and pleasant taste of artichoke with garlic, in the right balance;
Pairings: artichokes in oil can be eaten as a quick appetizer, or become the absolute protagonists on toasted bread or roasted in winter on bruschetta; they can also accompany excellent meat second courses;
Production techniques: after careful washing and cleaning, the artichokes are placed in water and lemon to prevent them from blackening. They are blanched with water and vinegar. After being properly dried, the artichoke pieces are placed in jars with garlic and mint, covered with extra virgin olive oil. The product is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packaging and check the condition of the packaging in case of tipping. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use.
The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the watertightness of the package and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
