With an alcohol content between 12.5% and 13%, Palere Rosso is recommended for convivial occasions and is ideal as an everyday wine. It pairs well with meat dishes, barbecues, and cheeses. For optimal enjoyment, serve in large glasses at a temperature of 14° - 16°C.
