This blend consists of 60% Barbera, 20% Freisa, and 20% Bonarda grapes, resulting in an intense red color. On the nose, it offers pronounced aromas of red-fleshed fruits. The palate is marked by a decisive impact, primarily due to the acidity of the Barbera grape, leading to a warm and balanced finish. With an alcohol content between 12.5% and 13%, Palere Rosso is recommended for convivial occasions and is ideal as an everyday wine. It pairs well with meat dishes, barbecues, and cheeses. For optimal enjoyment, serve in large glasses at a temperature of 14° - 16°C.
