Erbaluce di Caluso "Essenthia"

Erbaluce di Caluso "Essenthia" is a dry white wine crafted exclusively from the native Erbaluce grape variety. It boasts a straw-yellow hue and a fine, vinous aroma that highlights the characteristic herbaceous notes of the grape. On the palate, the wine is rich, dry, fresh, and savory. The unique processing method preserves its natural complexity, resulting in a product abundant in natural aromas and flavors. A slight haze may be present, which is a natural characteristic and not a defect. "Essenthia" pairs well with appetizers, seafood, cold dishes, and white meats. It is best served in medium-sized glasses at a temperature of 10°-12°C.

The palate is marked by a decisive impact, primarily due to the acidity of the Barbera grape, leading to a warm and balanced finish. With an alcohol content between 12.5% and 13%, Palere Rosso is recommended for convivial occasions and is ideal as an everyday wine. It pairs well with meat dishes, barbecues, and cheeses.
