- Frozen Mango Puree is processed from naturally ripened Philippine Mango, Carabao Variety, crop year, Bright Yellow Orange to Golden Yellow, typical mango flavor, no fermented taste & odor. - The product is Blast Frozen at -40 and stored at -18°C or cooler. - Shelf-life: two (2) years from production date under storage temperature maintained at -18°C or cooler. - Packing: Packed in 10kgs x 2 bags per carton of 20kgs net. Other product: - Sweetened Mango Puree in Bottle - processed from pasteurized mango puree derived from naturally ripened Philippine Mango Carabao variety; bright yellow orange to golden yellow, typical mango flavor, no artificial color added, no fermented taste and odor. - Method of Preservation - the product is pasteurized at 80°C to 90°C. - Shelf-life: twelve (12) months from production date under ambient storage temperature. - Packaging: 800ML food grade PET bottle x 12 bottles per case.
