Trading deals normalization: Israel - UAE

Back in November Israel and UAE have normalized their relationships and established new diplomatic links. This results not only in normalization in terms of diplomatic terms but also in agri-food trading.

Israel has achieved to introduce its cultivated products in the UAE. Let's recall that 80% of the consumed food in this country is being imported. The UAE imports are around USD 10 billion dollars a year. Fruits and vegetables are the main Israeli exported food products. The total traded amount is reached USD 270 million between November 2020 and January 2021.
