In a week, sunflower oil decreased in price by 3.8%, wheat flour and cottage cheese by 2.3%. According to Buryatstat, from February 2 to February 9, in the Republic of Buryatia, average consumer prices decreased for cottage cheese by 2.3% (to 563.96 RUB/kg), sour cream by 1.6% (to 479.36 RUB/kg), whole pasteurized milk with 2.5–3.2% fat content by 0.8% (to 114.46 RUB/L) and ultra-pasteurized milk by 0.5% (to 148.88 RUB/L), butter by 0.5% (to 1,409.05 RUB/kg). The cost of other dairy products was: hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses - 1,173.10 RUB/kg, kefir - 132.14 RUB/kg. The price of pork (to 370.40 RUB/kg) and boiled sausage (to 590.99 RUB/kg) decreased slightly by 0.1-0.2%. Beef cost on average 650.95 RUB/kg, lamb - 848.04 RUB/kg, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausage - 838.70 RUB/kg.
