Tanzanian Cocoa bean harvested between June - August is always the best, having Cocoa bean count ranging from 80-88 per 100g compared to those harvested in Feb-April with Cocoa bean count of up to 110 per 100g. This is due to good rainy weather in February, which promotes more flowering for Cocoa beans that mature in June/July every year.
