As of November 8, 11% of the area dedicated to vegetable crops in Lviv Oblast remains unharvested, primarily cabbage. Despite this, farms have already harvested over 661,000 tons of vegetables across 38.3 thousand hectares, contributing 10.7% to Ukraine's total vegetable cultivation area. The main crops are cabbage, carrots, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. There has been a notable 26% increase in vegetable cultivation for industrial production, reaching 2.1 thousand hectares over the past two years, with 95% of production being done by households.
