11,260 hectares of state-owned fields have been repurposed in 2024.

The total area of agricultural land provided for lease or rent from the State Land Fund (SLF) last year was 90,017 hectares. This is clear from the Agrarian Report 2025, which was adopted by the government. In 2024, auctions were held for the lease and rent of the available agricultural land from the SLF, with 41,048 hectares out of the announced 51,598 hectares of available agricultural land being won, for which a total of 2,366 lease/rent contracts were concluded. The areas determined for the 2023/2024 farming year from the municipal land fund (MLF) are 145,992 hectares for common use and 367,113 hectares for individual use.
