At the beginning of the third decade of November in the Dnipropetrovsk region, abnormally warm and sunny weather was observed. Later, a drop in air temperature and rainfall were noted. This is reported by the State Consumer Rights Protection Service of the region. The maximum air temperature rose to 15.7°C, the soil surface warmed up to 17°C. The minimum air temperature dropped to 1.6°C, the soil surface cooled to 1°C. Precipitation in the region fell in the amount of 7 mm. Due to the warm weather, winter crops vegetated throughout the decade. The condition of the crops is good. Winter rapeseed is mostly in the rosette phase, winter wheat is in the 3-leaf phase – tillering.
